Terms and Conditions
A new web based booking in system through Aimy Plus is what we are using for all new and existing enrolments. Please follow the link to register as a family.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Causal attendance will still be accepted on the day if spaces are available and you have pre-registered for Aimy Plus. AFCARE staff cannot be responsible for ensuring your child has actually arrived at the facility unless we are notified by the parent. For children enrolled in mornings, the policy is for them to be signed in by a parent/caregiver as a handover to staff.
For children enrolled in afternoons advice must be given prior to 1pm if they are not attending AFCARE on an enrolled afternoon. Similarly, if anyone other than those on the pick-up list is to collect your child from AFCARE you must notify the staff before they will allow your child to leave with that person.
Each afternoon we supply afternoon tea. If your child has any medical or dietary requirements please let us know. A craft & sport activity is organised each day with more fun activities planned. Screens stay off until 4.30pm.

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU TEXT OR RING FOR SPACE AVAILABILITY.
AFCARE cannot accept responsibility for your child arriving at AFCARE on any given day if they have no space available.
Termination of Enrolment
The Trust reserves the right to terminate enrolment for any child who becomes a risk to themselves or others while at AFCARE
FEES
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE RATES: $6.50 p/h charged in 15mins blocks
Penalty Fees
If your child is collected after 5.30pm, a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged.
Should late pick up regularly occur, the management reserves the right to cancel enrolment.
Casuals must pay on the day of attendance. Regulars are to pay at end of each week. An absentee fee will be charged when no notice is given.
Accounts can be paid at the Afcare office which is open 2 – 5:30pm each day or anytime via internet banking.
ALL OVERDUE ACCOUNTS WILL INCUR INTEREST AND RECOVERY COSTS

HOLIDAY PAYMENTS & BOOKINGS:
Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is made.
Our programme is OSCAR approved. WINZ Subsidy is available to parents who qualify. Forms NEED to be completed and signed by AFCARE staff please.
Pre-booking is essential however please book carefully as refunds are not available for children who do not attend on the days booked.
A minimum of 7 hours per day is required. No: of Children
1 child $45.50 $227.50 per week (5days)
2 children $91.00 $455.00 per week
3 children $136.50 $682.50 per week
Anything outside of the 7 hours the cost will be at an hourly rate of $6.50. (open daily 7.30am-5.30pm)
Casuals: If spaces are available casuals will be accepted with payment on the day.

Enrolment
This is also a good opportunity to update all enrolment records via your Aimy Plus parent portal to enable the staff to continue providing a high standard of care and to be able to contact any parent/caregiver in a timely manner should the need arise.
Photography
The staff of Ahuriri Afterschool care may use children’s photographs on the Ahuriri Afterschool care facebook page, in their newsletters and general displays at the centre.
